Thank you for your interest in continuing your training with me in La Center / Ridgefield! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this week.
FYI – The La Center Teen/Adult Martial Arts programs will include Tai Chi in the Tu/Thu 6:30 pm class. Attendance in the Teen/Adult Phase 2 class will fulfill the requirement of Tai Chi for rank promotion. You do NOT need to attend the Ridgefield Tai Chi class.
